Summary: First time visiting Vermont and was very pleased with everything at the hotel. I was checked in by Toni who was very kind and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the hotel grounds were. They have done such a good job with the landscaping and amenities such as an arcade and activity center. Our kids loved that! We got a two bedroom villa and it was so spacious and comfortable! We loved the view of the Vermont mountains! Coming from Hawaii that was such a nice change of scenery! Parking was easy and the text messages we received from staff were a nice touch. Would def recommend and come back for a future stay!

Summary: Bathrooms are big enough only for one person. Hope you don't want to put on makeup or shave in the bathroom; lighting is terrible. Heat didn't work--assuming it was turned off for the season. It does get cold in Sept in New England. Overall room is nice, just amazed that they have missed the small touches normally found in a hotel, especially in a resort.

Summary: Probably a great place to be during ski season, but in the off-season, you are going to be very isolated. There is no outside pool. It is not truly a resort, and the amenities that they claim to have to make it a resort, did not actually exist.

Summary: The front desk was AMAZING! So accommodating to our needs!! We definitely want to go back and visit when they finish the outdoor pool upgrade! BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! HUGE ROOMS - we had a three bedroom with full kitchen, living room, balcony. It was wonderful. Thank you!
